Another jump ahead in technology made by Apple, the Ipad notebook, making reading traditional books and newspapers obsolete (well, not really)
The iPad looks just like the device on Star Trek:Next Generation: touch screen, microphone, 3G network, and apps being created as we speak.
Based on that I would probably buy it, but I really don't have a need for this. I love reading magazines and newspapers in "real life". I'm such a strange person; I like to mix old school and new stuff together. I'd have a hover car and a fireplace. A warp drive and still record things on VHS. I'm the wrong kind of person for accepting new things because I feel like technology makes you lazy, but thats another post.
It will be interesting to see how many people buy and use this in the coming year. The ipod and iphone are ingrained so deeply in our lives we wonder how we got along without them, but I'm not sure about this. Plus I keep imagining getting whacked over the head for this
